Are you unhappy with your order? We are very sorry and would love to hear what we can do to make you happy.

You can return your order up to 30 days and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within 5 working days of receipt of the return shipment.

Conditions for returns:

Products must be returned in original condition with tags and labels attached.
The product must not show any signs of use.

We recommend that you include a track & trace code with your return shipment. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Return schedule:

Step 1: Complete the return form.
Step 2: Send the items together with the completed return form. Make sure the package is labeled with a track and trace code.
Step 3: Receive the remaining amount on your account. Once we have received your package, Verlano will ensure that the remaining amount is back on your account within 5 working days after receipt.

If you have purchased a product that you want to return, you may need to return it to the warehouse in the Netherlands. Please note that the costs for returning the product are at your own expense.

To return the product, you must contact the seller and ask for a return address in the Netherlands. Once you have received the return address, carefully pack the product and send it to the address provided. Make sure the product is well protected during transport and choose a traceable shipping method, so you can follow when the package is delivered.

Once the product has arrived at the warehouse in the Netherlands, the seller will check if it is in good condition and meets the return conditions. If these conditions are met, the seller will refund the purchase amount. Please note that depending on the processing time of the seller and the bank, it may take some time before you get your money back.
