BAHARION - Shipping Policy
Stock, shipping and processing times for the Netherlands and Belgium:
Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately start processing it.
To help you plan your purchase, you can use the following chart as a guideline:
- Last order date: 3:00 PM (Dutch time zone)
- Order processing time: 1-3 days (Monday - Friday)
- Shipping time: 7-11 days (Monday - Friday)
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and confirmation of your order. Delivery time is longer for personalized products. If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please send an email to baharion@info.com with the subject “Order confirmation not received” and a member of our team will contact you.
For custom orders, we will contact you separately to ensure the necessary adjustments have been made. These items will not be processed and shipped until the required adjustments have been received.
Postage costs
Shipping costs for ordered products are calculated at the time of ordering. Shipping is free.
Order acceptance and prices
Please note that it may happen that an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The website reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason and at any time. You may be asked to provide additional proof or information, including but not limited to a telephone number or address, before we accept the order.
In order to prevent credit or debit card fraud, we reserve the right to request confirmation of your payment details before delivering the product to you and to verify the personal information you have provided. This verification may include providing identity, residence or bank details. Without prejudice to our right to cancel an order immediately, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if misuse or fraudulent use of a credit or debit card is suspected. We strive to provide our users with a secure ordering environment.
If the store decides to refuse an order, customers may be reimbursed for costs, e.g. shipping costs, if the product cannot be delivered. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. If an item is incorrectly priced, we may, at our sole discretion, decide to cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. We also reserve the right to refuse an order and cancel or refund the payment if the amount was incorrect.
We do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed after they are placed.
How can I check the status of my order?
Track your order with the tracking number we will send you by email. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email baharion@info.com and we will be happy to help you.
